Building systems where messy operations become clean software.
I’m Sadat Nazarli, founder of Verifex. I build fintech, compliance, product, and automation systems from Baku and Ankara.
01 — Founder Thesis
I work on the boring places where software becomes valuable: compliance checks, operational workflows, data quality, evidence, automation, and trust.
Compliance is not a dashboard problem.
It is a data, evidence, latency, and trust problem.
Operations do not need more chats.
They need systems that remove repeated human work.
Products should ship before they become beautiful.
Then beauty should make the system easier to trust.
